Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, shredded carrots, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon or pipe the batter into donut cavities about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
