Instructions

- Place approximately two tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each tortilla's center. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
- Heat about an inch of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry chimichangas seam-side down until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
