  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Β½ cup honey mustard sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) or heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat if frying.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips about one inch wide for even cooking.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip into the egg, and coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
