- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, then add sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Fold in half of the blackberries.
- Pour the filling over the baked crust and bake for 55β60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
