Ingredients

  • Fettuccine Pasta
  • Large Shrimp
  • Flank or Sirloin Steak
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Heavy Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp seasoned with Cajun spice; cook until pink.
  3. Push shrimp aside, add thinly sliced steak to the skillet, cooking until browned (3–5 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine into the skillet, mixing well with sauce and adding fresh parsley.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with more parsley or Parmesan if desired.
