Instructions

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
