Instructions
- In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the seasoned beef into small patties (about 2 inches wide), ensuring they are slightly thinner in the center.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- Grill the patties for about 4 minutes on one side until browned; flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- In the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on top of each patty to melt.
