- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and oregano until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Slice open each sub roll and fill with meatballs and sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese.
