Instructions

  3. Slice cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers as directed.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  5. Layer cucumbers at the bottom of each lettuce cup, followed by tomatoes and bell peppers. Top with feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle dressing over each filled cup just before serving.
