Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Spoon batter into cupcake liners until they are two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling before frosting with your choice of icing.
