Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee or espresso and let it cool.

  3. Separate the egg yolks and whites; beat the yolks into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Quickly dip ladyfingers in the cooled coffee.
  6. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish, spread half of the mascarpone mixture over them, then repeat.
