  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  2. Once the beef is browned, add chopped onion and minced garlic. SautΓ© until onions are translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth and Dijon mustard, scraping up any brown bits from the skillet. Bring to a gentle simmer.
