Instructions

- 3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides tightly. Moisten the top corner with water to seal.
- 4. Heat about two inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Test by dropping in a small piece of wrapper—the oil should sizzle.
- 5. Fry 3-4 egg rolls at a time for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
