- Β½ cup soaked sultanas (raisins)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them finely.
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt ghee over medium heat and add grated carrots with milk.
- Simmer the mixture for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Stir in sugar and cardamom powder until well combined.
- Add chopped nuts and soaked raisins; cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra nuts if desired.
