- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Gather and chop garlic, onions, and herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onions and minced garlic for about 3 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in the long-grain rice to toast slightly before adding chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, cover tightly, and cook for about 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving hot.
