  • Fresh garlic
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Low-sodium chicken broth
  • Green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil chicken in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour until smooth, then gradually add milk, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Mix sour cream, green chiles, cumin, paprika, salt, and lime juice into the sauce.
  4. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and drizzle sauce over before rolling them tightly.
  5. Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
