- 8 oz ground Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers (red and/or green)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté chopped bell peppers and sliced mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
