Instructions

- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add dulce de leche and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed. Pour the mixture over the baked crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least two hours.
