Ingredients

  • Linguine or Fettuccine
  • Fresh Lobster Meat
  • Heavy Cream
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping garlic and basil.
  2. Cook linguine or fettuccine in salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Fold in fresh lobster meat and heat through for about 3 minutes.
  6. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil, toss again, and serve immediately.
