  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water or milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. Slice strawberries and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the sliced strawberries.
