Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp sea salt (divided)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix flour and granulated sugar. Add cold butter and blend until crumbly.
