Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
