Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Brown sugar
  • Ketchup
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Honey
  • Soy sauce (halal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and coat with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha (to taste), honey, and halal soy sauce.
  4. Marinate wings with half the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
