Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese while the mixture is warm.
