Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are delightfully crispy bites filled with melty mozzarella and spicy pepperoni. Perfect for gatherings, these easy-to-make snacks will be a hit at your next get-together!


Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Slices of Pepperoni
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut dough into 4-inch squares. Place one slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella in the center of each square, sprinkling garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  4. Fold corners over the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brushing with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
