Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

  • Β½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for grilling)

  2. While the chicken cooks, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
  3. Once the chicken has rested, slice it into strips or cubes and add it to the bowl of lettuce.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Top with croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
