  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the chicken and chopping the vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add cooking oil. Cook the diced chicken until golden brown and cooked through (5-7 minutes). Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, sautΓ© carrots for about 3 minutes; then add peas and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in the cooked jasmine rice, breaking up clumps as needed. Fry for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well to combine all ingredients.
