  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Stir in diced bell peppers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.

  4. Place half of the mixture on one tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, top with another tortilla, and repeat for the remaining tortillas.
