- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Mint chutney (blend fresh mint leaves with yogurt and lime juice)
Instructions
