  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in paprika and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring until bubbling gently. Add remaining butter and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted into a smooth sauce.
  5. Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet along with drained linguine. Toss until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
