  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
