  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir in grated Parmesan until well combined.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into small circles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in each circle and seal tightly.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
