  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
