  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (grated)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb with sautéed onions, garlic, cilantro, spices, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut pastry into squares; place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Fold and seal edges.
  5. Brush pastries with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce.
