  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • ½ cup sliced fresh jalapeños
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with a splash of water; simmer until thickened.
  3. Layer half the tortilla chips on the baking sheet; top with half the cooked beef and half the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  4. Scatter black beans and jalapeños on top; bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
