Description

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Toss sliced flank steak in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef strips in batches until browned (about 2 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, sautΓ© garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce and brown sugar; stir until dissolved.
