  • Β½ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag. Mix with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Stir in crushed Oreos from 4 additional cookies into the mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, smoothing it out evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, garnish with more crushed Oreos on top. Slice with a hot knife for clean edges.
