  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice ribeye steak against the grain; also slice onions and green bell peppers.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Push veggies to one side of the skillet and add ribeye. Season with salt and pepper; cook for another 5-7 minutes until browned but juicy.
  4. Lay provolone cheese slices over the meat mixture and cover with a lid for about two minutes until melted.
  5. Scoop generous portions into hoagie rolls while hot and enjoy!
