Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the fries. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  2. While the fries bake, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the ribeye steak for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preference. Let it rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
  4. Once the fries are done, layer them on a serving platter. Top with sliced steak, sautéed veggies, and drizzle cheese sauce generously over everything.
