Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned. Add onions and garlic halfway through cooking.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture with rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture until overflowing and place them upright in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to caramelize the tops.
