- 1 cup tomato sauce (low sugar)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice and half of the tomato sauce. Mix in half of the cheese along with salt and pepper.
