  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.

  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high (375°F). Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
