Instructions

- Slice the baguette diagonally into Β½ inch pieces and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Top each toasted slice with the tomato-basil mixture.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
