  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Layer sliced turkey on one slice of ciabatta, followed by provolone cheese. Top with the second slice of bread.
  3. Spread butter generously on the outer sides of the sandwich.
  4. Place the sandwich in the grill or skillet. If using a skillet, press down with another heavy pan.
  5. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice diagonally, and serve hot.
