  • 1 cup finely chopped kimchi
  • 1/2 cup crumbled firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, chopped kimchi, minced garlic, and green onions; mix until well blended.
  2. Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half; pinch to seal tightly.
  3. Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. For the dipping sauce, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil; adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Serve hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
