Description

Savor the irresistible taste of juicy lamb burgers, perfectly spiced and grilled to perfection. Ideal for any gathering or a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground lamb (20% fat)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (mint or parsley), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped herbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ΒΎ inch thick. Press a thumbprint in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Assemble by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite sauces.
