  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Fold in half of the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over it.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining berries, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips on top.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen solid, break into pieces and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
