Instructions

  1. Wash mint leaves under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Juice the lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water over medium heat, stirring until dissolved to create simple syrup.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice, simple syrup, and 4 cups cold water; stir well.
