Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole for creaminess)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop ripe mangoes into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine mango chunks, yogurt, sugar (or honey), milk, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy and chilled.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or a slice of fresh mango.
