- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them for blending.
- In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 30 seconds.
